Gucci releases new boots from its Autumn/Winter 2010 collection. My favourite boot takes on classic brogue styling while still incorporating the contemporary Gucci look. Green and red highlights add great dimension while contrasting outsoles cap off a beautifully designed silhouette for the new season.

Swedish retailer Très Bien Shop takes stock of these new boots from Opening Ceremony, part of the store’s in-house collection for Fall/Winter 2010. Taking on a familiar look, the M6 Outdoor silhouette comes equipped in two different shades, including hunter green and deerskin chocolate brown, while boasting heavy duty outsoles and leather lining. Three styles all reference some aspect of Timberland’s strong and well-documented history as boot purveyors for all walks of life. The Old Curiousity Shop was first built in 1567 and inspired the Charles Dickens book of the same name. In 1992, Daita Kimura took over the space and re-opened the shop offering handmade shoes. Kimura’s latest boot offering is a simple high cut in black suede with a full leather lining. It also features a top-of-the-line, never-say-die Itshide Commando rubber sole.
